Homework for Parents
Color, Shape and Size
--Find different color objects with your child in your home. Have your child tell you the color and put them in their own color group. Count how many red items you have and how many blue ones or use whatever color your child needs to work on. Which color group has more and which one has less?

--Talk about the shape of these objects...are ther any circles, squares, or triangles? Once your child learns these three basic shapes you could include rectangle, rhombus(diamond) and oval.

--Are these shapes all the same size? Which ones are little, which ones are big?
