MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Tarpon Springs Middle School, home of the Spartans, serves students’ educational needs in grades six through eight. Our academic programs meet the varied needs of students. We believe all students can succeed and our staff strives to provide the support and the opportunity for positive experiences in the classroom.
We know students do well when they are involved in the school community. Tarpon Springs Middle offers a variety of activities from organized sports and traditional extracurricular experiences to our staff-sponsored clubs. Tarpon Middle Schools roster of clubs and activities address the diverse interests of our students.
Our priority at Tarpon Springs Middle School continues to be communication with families. Our Connect Ed. Program has provided the opportunity to remind families about report card distribution, FCAT administration and other pertinent events.
We look forward to our continued partnership with Tarpon Springs Middle School families. Many opportunities exist for involvement in the School Advisory Committee (SAC), Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA), and our Volunteer and Mentor programs. You are welcome to phone our front office for additional information. Families and staff unite in working together to become an accomplished force in our march for success for all students.
