Getting Ready for Middle School
In an effort to both prepare your student for middle school, and to allow our teachers to specialize and focus on the subjects they teach best, our 5th grade is divided into two homerooms. Each homeroom moves from classroom to classroom for specialized lessons. Mrs. Noun focuses on the language arts and social studies, while Ms. Marchesiello focuses on hands-on science and math. This system allows our teachers more time to work individually with your child and to do specialized projects with the classes.
