Thurgood Marshall Fundamental Middle School

Here's what we are up too
News Flash **BREAKING NEWS**
* Volunteers for IAC NEEDED!! The hours that volunteer services are needed are Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30 am. Please contact Mrs. Weinberg at weinbergam@pcsb.org. if you are available or if you have any questions.

*See the Volunteers Needed page on this web site (http://it.pinellas.k12.fl.us/schools/marshall-ms/volunteers.html) for updates on volunteering opportunities. Mr. Hammond could use some parent volunteers for his Green Team.

AVID is an elective class for students who are interested in taking advanced level course work but may need support to maintain good grades in these classes. Students must apply and be accepted to the AVID elective class one year prior to taking the elective. Students who decide to enroll in the AVID class must give up one elective (band/art/technology) to replace AVID with. Not only are students enrolled in their school's toughest classes, such as honors and Advanced Placement, but also in the AVID elective.
