The Green Team is looking for a few dedicated students to help us reach our goals. Are you interested in ecology and sustainable living?

As a member of the environmental club you will have chances to become more knowledgeable about the environment and the principles of ecology. You will participate in recycling, field trips, trash collection, shore clean-up and educational opportunities.

Each team member must have good behavior, be trustworthy, work hard at their education, and be dedicated to reaching our goal of a sustainable lifestyle. Students will earn points for active participation in the clubs events. Students that show their willingness to help us reach our goal and earn more points will be selected first when opportunities such as field trips and recycling are announced.

Green Team Mission: To promote the awareness and importance of the eco-friendly practices of conservation and sustainability by facilitate those practices in our school and community with hands-on educational activities, providing public awareness, and participating with community partnerships.

The environment is everything around us such as water, air, soil, rocks, metals, and living organisms. Everything you need to live.

To be environmental is to be aware of the environment and of the interdependence between the environment and yourself. It also means for you to consider those things around you before you act.
