Our Mission Statement
The Mission of the Media Center is to provide resources and services that support academic achievement, promote lifelong learning, and prepare individuals for citizenship in a diverse global community.
About Us
The Media Center is open on a daily basis from 9:00am to 2:30pm. The Media Center hosts the bookfair twice a year, as well as numerous other special events that take place during the school year. We have approximately 9,000 Fiction, Non-fiction, and Easy books as well as biographies and reference materials available for student use. We offer flexible access and encourage students to use our reading areas for recreational reading. With the help of our wonderful volunteers, we can offer storytime to all interested teachers and students.
In addition, the technology lab is located just off the Media Center and offers numerous opportunities for students to research projects, learn multimedia skills, and incorporate technology into learning. |
