Admissions Criteria
Students who wish to enter the Criminal Justice Academy Program must:
  • Be applying for the 9th grade
  • Have a 2.3 academic grade point average for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades
  • Have stanine conversion equivalents of 5 or higher in reading and math on FCAT for grades 6 and 7
  • Have acceptable disciplinary and attendance records
  • Meet all entrance requirements at the conclusion of 8th grade

How to Apply
To apply for this program, parents must submit an online application during the annual application period. The application period usually begins in January. During the application period you will be able to apply online through the PCS Student Reservation System.
