Success Guide for CJA Parents and Students |
The Success Guide for CJA Parents and Students is updated annually to provide you with information on current school policies and some helpful advice. Most of the information you might need can be found in this document. Other information, newsletters, and commonly used forms can be found below.Reporting an Absence or TardyIn the event that your child is absent from school or tardy, you may contact our program secretary, Angela Murphy, to have him/her excused. You may email (murphya@pcsb.org) or call the office at 538-7410, ext. 2120.Requesting Permission to Leave SchoolIf you know in advance that your child will need to be released from school early for the doctor or another appointment, you should send a note into school with your child. Your child should submit the note to Mrs. Murphy at the beginning of the school day and pick up a Permit to Leave (PTL). When it is time for your child to leave, he/she will simply present the PTL to his/her teacher to be released. |
