Cafeteria Information
Parents, If you plan on bringing in money to pay on your child's breakfast or lunch account be sure to do it in the morning. Please try and pay before breakfast is served (7:15 am), or after breakfast (7:35. We ask that you don't try to pay while breakfast and/or lunch is being served. We have only one cash register and we want to be sure to feed our students in a timely manner.
You can also go online and pay. Click on the School Payment Solution link below and create an account using your student's 10-digit local student ID number. School Payment Solutions is smart, convient, secure, and easy. For technical questions contact Food services at
(727)547-7142.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Cafeteria Expectations

1. Please keep hands and feet to self.

2. Treat everyone with respect. Do not tease, use inappropriate language, or use a loud voice.

3. When the lights are off, there is no talking.

4. Eat your own food, NO sharing.

5. Objects are kept to yourself. Throwing anything is not acceptable.

6. Once seated, do not get up unless you raise your hand and ask for permission.

Cafeteria Discipline Plan
We have implemented a color code system in the cafeteria to assist with appropriate cafeteria behavior. Each classroom has a set of cones (blue, green, yellow, and red), set at blue each day when their class sits down. Cones are used to acknowledge great (blue), good (green), fair(yellow), or poor (red) behavior. A blue cone = everyone following the rules throughout lunch. A green cone= a rule was broken. A yellow cone= a need for improvement, the class still had difficulties following the rules. A red cone = many warnings, and the class or a group of students continued to break cafe' rules.

Cones are green when students enter the cafe. They will remain green throughout lunch if students follow cafe expectations. Before a cone changes, the class will be given at least one warning. At the end of lunch if the class still has a green cone and has not been warned AND their table, floor, and area around them is clean the cone will change to blue.
If a specific student has broken a rule and given a warning they will be moved out of the loop. The teacher will be given a label that must be placed in the student’s planner alerting them of the rule broken.
Cafeteria Consequences for individuals:
1st- verbal warning
2nd – moved to front of café
3rd – moved to front of café
4th- Cafeteria Referral
5th- Parent contact, no Blue Cone Party
6th –Out of cafeteria
*Each grading period the students receive a fresh start.
