Activity #1: Research what happened on your birthday throughout history for a Powerpoint presentation. On the title slide include your birthday date and year and present information about your birthstone, birth flower, and how many days old you are. For the next 3 slides, find 3 interesting events. Create a slide for each event. Include the year, the title of the event, highlights of the event, and a picture or clip art. On the last slide, using dMarie Time Capsule website make a fun slide with your year's fun facts. Pick two categories from the following top songs, prices, tv shows, top toys, and top books. List at least 3 from the two categories. Be prepared to present your PowerPoint to the class.
