About Miss Marchesiello |
Welcome to Safety Harbor Elementary students and families! I was born and raised in Florida and attended Pinellas County Schools for elementary, middle and high school. I then attended the University of South Florida and was part of the Sun Coast Area Teacher Honors Program. I graduated with honors in Elementary Education -Grades K-6 and earned my endorsement in teaching English Speakers of Other Languages. I later received my Master's Degree in Reading Education- Grades K-12. I am also currently a candidate to become a National Board Certified Teacher. Despite my education in reading, my passion is math and science. I have attended numerous trainings and researched the newest methods for teaching math and science. I know first hand that your child is being educated in one of the finest counties and within one of it's top schools. I can also assure you that I will provide all of my students with highest expectations in an enthusiastic and safe learning environment. I look forward to collaborating with all of you during the 2008-2009 school year! |

Absences |
| It is important that students are here and ready to learn each day. If absences do occur, the school requests a signed excuse from a parent, guardian, or doctor. The student is responsible for making up missed assignments in the same amount of time that school was missed. For example: 2 absences= 2 makeup days. |
Conferences |
| I look forward to meeting with every parent or guardian at least twice during the school year. If conferences in person are difficult, then I am also available for phone conferences. |
